BLEU ROCHE
Three year old Fastnet Rock filly BLEU ROCHE secured a stakes win on Oaks Day, winning the Group 3 World Horse Racing Roses Stakes over 1100 meters.
It was just her 4th career start and her second win.
Jockey Tim Clark gave her a confident, front running ride and was able to successfully hold off challengers over the final furlong.

Matt selected this outstanding filly at the Inglis Classic Sales in Sydney in February 2017 after the daughter of Fastnet Rock greatly impressed him with her athletic appearance and speed pedigree.
Her dam is the stakeswinning mare ESPRIT DE BLEU who is a half sister to stakeswinner ROCKIN THE BLEU'S and stakesplaced Bleu Moon Magic.
BLEU ROCHE'S Group 3 stakes win - combined with her excellent pedigree - has secured her future as a desirable broodmare. That is a long way off though, with plenty of quality racing ahead for this talented filly!
Congratulations to all connections of Bleu Roche.
